I guess I have been a little hesitant about your company as I've never ordered from you before this and there were so many problems. I got a little suspect, but I see that I don't have to. Also, sending some free samples is very generous and classy of you. I am looking forward to receiving those. I'd like to give your company another chance and perhaps I will after receiving those samples. I guess waiting until your new distribution centre is up-to-speed and functioning well will be in my best interests. Then I can try your company again and get a sense of how you operate under normal conditions. It's really too bad that unfair laws have gotten in the way for you and caused you so many problems. It has to be really frustrating for everyone involved. I'm sure you've had a lot customers like myself to deal with and I'm sure that has to be tough on your patience as well. I know that a lot of this is far out of your control, especially since, by the sound of your emails, you are not even at the distribution centre and have had to deal with this from a distance. I really appreciate your help on this and ensuring that issues were cleared up. And, as I mentioned, sending me some product to try is a very nice gesture and I am looking forward to their arrival (I was planning on ordering those two items in the future). Yet for which they must remain 100 % courteous, professional & focused & Every Single CO. Respondent of my emails was & then some !
The last few weeks were a bit trying for me (just due to personel issues ie-JOB RESPOSABILITIES ETC..) This caused me to act in a manner I normally frown upon yet these circumstances caused me to lose a level of maturity and therefore I hope all CS/CO. employees who responded to my emails can understand & accept my sincere honest apologies.

I must let you know that I am honestly "positively shocked" by your customer service and customer relations management. I know this business lives from exact that attitude you show BUT I also think that you truly give more then the standard! I also want to let you know that your site, the store was ultimately a "good to go" for me, I never had even the feeling that any of your offerings were questionable ALTHOUGH I never heard of Am-Hi-Co before my first order of Sextacy by one of your retailers and actually, don't be laughing, never thought there is a Am-Hi-Co Store also when the branding on the pack said so :) When I visited your store it was like a real "yeah, this is true"...
I also want to let you know that one of your retailers, the one I purchased Sextacy from first, also does very good work and is seriously doing it's business. As you know there may be lots of scammers out there, MysteriousPlants.com is definitely not and you can be proud of such retailers also when none aint actually listed in the forum retailers section. Still, no one beats the constant Buy 1 get 1 free, free samples with EVERY order even that replacement (positively shocked, like I said) and especially your gracious replacement of my 2 orders of my favorite products Only thing, I really love the zip bags Sextacy had earlier for the 500mg version. I look forward to hopefully see more powders available soon, as I think a powder is the best way to go :)
